Our Contract Clients have realized that they can better control their costs by making us their exclusive maintenance service provider. At your request, we will evaluate your property and develop a maintenance schedule specifically tailored to your property needs.
One very unique service we offer is a private webpage or email notification service for our Contract Clients. We can, upon request, take digital pictures of our on-site inspections and post them to your site or email them to you. For example, if we see a problem, we can take "before" pictures and email you an estimate to correct the problem. If we do the work, we can also take "after" pictures. For our clients who manage property remotely, this is an invaluable service.
